I’ve been doing CrossFit myself for 4 years now after going to ‘normal’ gyms and there was absolutely no going back. To me, CrossFit is all about the community and the challenge of overcoming skills that you never thought you were capable of- there’s nothing quite like it!  Specifically, I love weightlifting and fundamental accessory work, catch me doing things like Turkish Get Ups and Pistols in my own training! I have also danced and have taught dance throughout my whole life, so you will often find me having a boogy mid WOD!
