Fitness Box Kids emphasises good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Fitness Box Kids is meant to be BIG fun. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children.
Fitness Box Teens develops the complete athlete, physically and mentally. At Fitness Box we emphasise the development of fitness alongside the development of individual character traits - things like resilience, accountability, confidence, optimism, and passion. The habits, practices, and mindset we develop now will serve as the foundation for our athletic careers.
