ABOUT ME

 

At 16 I joined the British Army, I have always loved sport but often struggled with my weight and an ongoing back injury. Before I started CrossFit, I had left the forces due to my back pain and gained 6 stone in weight.

Starting at the Fitness Box was really scary due to my lack of self confidence. However the Box from the start was the friendliest atmosphere I had experienced. So my fitness journey began, with the support of the Box members I not only lost the excess weight but I am now the fittest I have ever been in my life.

During lockdown I decided to do my CrossFit Level 1 coaching course, and then left my job to join the staff at the Box and help others along their journey.
