TERMS & CONDITIONS
FITNESS BOX MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
This document defines the terms and conditions of your membership at Fitness Box.
By signing up for membership, you have agreed to a recurring monthly membership auto-pay. Memberships are billed in one-month increments. Memberships are paid in full at the start of each billing cycle. Membership rates are subject to change at any time with 30 days notice.
Memberships may be canceled at any time with 30 days notice prior to the next billing date. Notice can be emailed to email@example.com or delivered in writing to Fitness Box. We do not refund memberships. Once a month of membership has been billed, it is non-refundable. Athletes are subject to the current membership rate if canceled and choose to return at a later date.
MINDBODY AND CLASS SIGN-UP POLICIES
All athletes must sign-up via MINDBODY in order to attend class.
We require all athletes to sign-up for classes in advance. We view a class reservation as an appointment that has been made with Fitness Box, the coaches, and the other athletes in that hour. If an athlete cannot make it to their scheduled appointment, we require that they cancel from that class on MINDBODY TWENTY-FOUR hours prior to the class start time. Failure to cancel outside of the TWENTY-FOUR hours will result in a Late Cancel. If you know you are not able to make a class at any time please respect your fellow athletes and cancel your reservation to allow someone else to take the class spot.
LATE CANCELLATION POLICY
While we understand that life, work, and responsibilities sometimes get in the way of class attendance, this does not happen all the time. Repeat offenders of late cancellations and no-shows will be charged a £10 fee for each offence beyond the first. “Drop-In” athletes will not be charged the £10 late cancellation fee, but late cancels and no-shows will count toward their allotted visits.
AVAILABILITY OF FACILITY
On occasion, Fitness Box may change Facility hours or close for selected holidays and seminars. Fitness Box may change, discontinue, repair, or replace any part or all of the Facility without any effect on this Agreement. If any of the Facility is unavailable for more than 7 days for any reason, except acts of nature, Fitness Box will extend membership, without Dues, for the same period the Facility was unavailable.
If you know, should know, or develop a circumstance that might prevent you from using Fitness Box (i.e., medical or family emergency, travel, business travel, vacation, job change, pregnancy, injury, etc…) and you have agreed to this; you agree that your membership is limited accordingly. You also agree that you still must pay your monthly dues as if you could use the Facility; there will be no carry-over of monthly dues into subsequent months for any time unspent using the Facility in a previous month.
RIGHT TO REFUSE
Fitness Box has the right to revoke or deny membership to any individual who fails to live up to the standards and commitments of Fitness Box.
LOST/STOLEN ITEM POLICY
Fitness Box cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of personal items left in the gym, outside the gym, or in the cars parked on our premises. Lost and Found articles not claimed after 15 days will be donated to charity or thrown away.
From time to time, and not more than once per year, the Owner may need to increase the price of my membership fees. Fitness Box Ltd will give at least 30 days’ notice of any incoming price increase and will make it very clear when the price increase will take effect and how much my membership will cost after the increase. During this period, I will have my usual right to terminate my membership in accordance with the membership terms and conditions. If I do not terminate the membership by the date given to me in the notice then the price of my membership will be increased in accordance with the notice provided.
